Turn of the year tasks

Happy new year! This means, we have to run a few processes.
Copyright notices
On the footer of all websites, we should update the latest year. For example:
fsfe.org (2001 - 202X) in build/xslt/fsfe_pagefooter.xsl
my.fsfe.org in front/fsfe_cd_front/templates/base/base.html
id.fsfe.org in auth/fsfe_cd_auth/templates/base.html
- publiccode.eu should happen automatically if it's regularly built
savecodeshare.eu in site/index.html
Donor buttons
The buttons on this page should be generated for the next year.
This can be done with the script about/graphics/sponsoring/source/genyear.sh.
Donor list
The thankgnus page should be initialised for 2022.
Per diem and reimbursement claim forms
Update per diems for pre-defined countries, and the link, to 2022: https://fsfe.org/internal/pd
Add new year for dropdown here: https://fsfe.org/internal/rc
News/event archives
On /news and /events, make sure the link to the archives at the bottom points to the newest archived year. In 2023, this would be 2021. With git sed, this is as simple as git sed -f g '2020/index' '2021/index'.
