    • List of municipalities, write to the secretaries to send out email. Combine it with volunteers speaking perhaps.
    • Other method: use the existing RSS feeds of municipalities and mirror it. Go big-bang with an announcement. Or the Twitter account.
    • Analysis: how many municipalities have an RSS feed.
    • Who can host a server.

    • Could be just a Drupal plugin for them to hook into it.

• [Klaas, Nico] Upcycling Android workshop is in preparation
  • Quite a lot has happened since the last get-together.
  • Klaas got in contact with mutliple experienced phone flashers that offer it as a service on the second hand marketplace Marktplaats.
    • They are used to offering it as a paid service, where they take additional steps and use their own infrastructure to provide a reliable customer experience. They were not as interested to our planned format of helping participants flash it themselves with no support afterwords. We have asked around for others that could help out, but so far we had no responses.
  • Some of the discussing about a fee for participants got to the NLLGG, which raised questions about liability and expectiations. To provide time to clarify the plans they proposed to postponme the event to September. Klaas and Nico agreed.
  • André: has experience with Heimdal with flashing Replicant on S2
  • Other formats as a low-key, less formal
    • First activity: exchange experiences, more low-key, to prevent others from making the same mistakes
    • At a later stage, perhaps also do centrally at the large table.

  • Material provided by Lucas is quite diverse in format, it helps to have a concrete question.
  • Is there abuse of people using their own router? Is there some proof?
  • If it works in other countries, why not in Belgium?
