I work in IT for a quite long and I still consider myself an absolute beginner.
Nowadays my work area is Datacenter support services, formerly I've being Trusted advisor (helping internal customer to choose best technology that fits its needs) and also system administration (mail, ldap, Apache, Linux in general).
