- Nico represented FSFE in this meeting.
- Lot of consensus, but hard to define concrete next steps.
- Hyperscalers/big-tech have a strategic advantage through the information they get from offering services.
- Once knowledgeable staff is lost, there is no reasonable way to get it back.
- NL government required to define an exit strategy. Step by step this exit strategy becomes more costly and less feasible. In this way these exit strategies are fictitious.
- Proudly mentioned FSFE does it operations with Free Software.

https://www.unia.be/nl/artikels/testaankoop-en-unia-tegen-discriminerende-ticketprijzen-nmbs
- Argument that people without smartphones are discriminated against.
- Important court case, because now there is still the opportunity to get guarantees, before the people without smartphones are too small of a minority.
- Lack of solidarity by putting one group at an advantage.
- November '22 we were in contact with Test Aankoop for Router Freedom.
- Unia: discrimination by cost of smartphone, elderly people and people with disabilities. So it doesn't include people making a deliberate choice.
- UK court case about philosophical belief
- Other case: getting a discount with a loyalty card in supermarket, like Lidl in the Netherlands. App also does geolocation.
- Privacy in public development?
- Git logs and chat logs. Being clear about copyright would require some publicity. Perhaps a pseudonym might help.
Persona: example Asahi Lina https://virtualyoutuber.fandom.com/wiki/Asahi_Lina also doing commits using this pseudonym https://github.com/slp/krun/commit/d6e7e17e5bbccdfd1021cd552b92a5c1774e044e

- Can alternative OS's use synced data (contacts, photos) from Google?
- For synching Murena e/OS provides a minimal data syncing.
- In the repaircafé in Oosterbeek the IT-person was becoming less relevant as less laptops were coming in.

Dasprive podcast https://dasprive.be/ migration to Microsoft cloud is illegal.
