  • Dental software: not a matter of governance, so not about Wob, and Universities not covered by the Who. Daniel would like to appeal, but we need a legal angle to go on.
  • OSV2020-U software by the Kiesraad for elections. The Kiesraad cannot provide additional licenses. And Kiesraad didn't want to allow reuse because of possible abuse related to the elections.
