Description
The Winter Congress is the annual meeting of the Digital Society in Switzerland: On Saturday, 23 February 2019, hackers, programmers, activists and other interested parties will meet for the second time at the Karl der Grosse Center in Zurich to exchange views on information technology, networking and its effects on our society.

FSFE will be present with two talks: - Public Money / Public Code by Alexander Sander - Freedmvote by Marcus Moeller and Michel Ketterle
