Buy hardware with Free Software pre-installed or without non-free software
Support the vendors who offer it with Free Software or which sell it without non-free Software.
Call the vendors _before_ you buy and explain them that you want to have a machine without the Windows license. Especially the "buisiness" machines should be possible to get if you explain the situation.
