As a Fellow, you get :
An @fsfe.org mail forwarding alias, that you've chosen while joining us.
A blogging platform: To create your blog, visit blogs.fsfe.org, click on the upper right on "login". You are redirected to an identification platform. Enter your Fellowship name and password, and follow the Guideline to get used to wordpress.
Planet : it is our blog aggregation platform. For new fellows: adding your blog to planet requires specific authorisation. Therefore, if you want your blog posts to appear on our planet(s) (and you want that ), contact me: nicoulas *at* fsfe *dot* org.
A wiki : The wiki is the place where we communicate the events organized by the Fellowship, but also where we can share information or prepare documentation on the most diverse topics. If you are not used with the functionning of a wiki, take a look at the user guide.
You get to enter the communication world of FSFE
Instant messaging system : We have Jabber-Chat-Rooms where Fellows can meet:
- Server: conference.jabber.fsfe.org
- Channels: fellowship, rheinland, uk, de
Fellowship Groups: Fellows are organised in regional Groups and meet regularly. Take a look at it to see where is the closest group to you, and if there is none, feel free to create one!
To help you to protect your data and to secure your email and logins, the FSFE sent you a personnalised OpenPGP smart card. If you don't know how it works, we have gathered on this wiki all the information you need to use it properly.
