In case someone uses our Fellowship leaflet offline form (normally available at a booth) to become a Fellow, there are some steps to do to digitalise his information given.
make him a Fellow

- Email address
You do not have to care about the amount of money here. Why? The new born Fellow will receive an email that he registered as a Fellow with a link to follow. If he follows the link, he will be asked again how much money he would like to contribute. This is set to 180 Euro a year, no matter how much you tell to contribute in the first instance.
Next: Write the Fellow a nice email (please CC email@example.com) that you are digitalising his offline statement that he would likes to become a Fellow and that he will receive an email with a link to follow. Tell him to do so and click "new password" so he will receive another email with a new password. From then, he can just go on with the normal procedure to become a Fellow.
In case he likes to sign our petitions, tell him that you will do that for him and follow the next steps.
